Using this website
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its availability, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or misuse personal information. You may view and share links to public pages. Website branding and content remain the property of their respective owners; further reproduction requires permission unless permitted by law.
Quotations and services
This website provides information about our services. Browsing this website does not place an order or create an election. Select “Create with AI” to open our AI tool and prepare your election. Any service engagement must be confirmed with our team.
Confirm scope, voter numbers, messaging channels, VAT, additional work, payment arrangements, delivery dates, cancellation and refund terms in your quotation and service agreement before acceptance. Published prices are subject to confirmation for your requirements. These website terms do not replace an agreed service contract or remove statutory consumer rights.
Election responsibilities
The organiser must confirm its authority to run the election, voter eligibility, lawful use of voter information, ballot content, election rules and appropriate access to results. Any assistance or AI-generated preparation must be reviewed by an authorised person before use. Service-specific responsibilities and support arrangements belong in the agreed election scope.
Privacy and third-party services
Read our privacy statement, cookie statement and disclaimer. Third-party sites and services have their own terms.
Applicable law and queries
South African law applies, subject to mandatory rights that may apply to you. Contact us first to discuss a concern; this does not prevent approaching a competent court, regulator or other available dispute-resolution body. Changes to these website terms will be published here and do not retrospectively alter an accepted service agreement.
